Child Find
Child Find is a program to determine if a child has a disability and help provide appropriate services.​ Anyone can refer a child to Child Find, including parents, healthcare providers, family members, friends or school staff members.​

Birth to Age 3 years:
If your child is younger than 3 years old, please contact Encompass of North Bend at 425-888-2777 or Kindering at (425) 747-4004.​

Age 3 to 5 years:
If your child is age 3-5 years, not yet attending school and you are concerned that your child may not be developing typically, fill out this Form, or Call 425-844-4546, or Email studentservicesrsd@rsd407.org.

Age 5 to 22 years:
If your child is age 5-22 years, attending a Riverview School District school, and you are concerned about their development, please contact the School Psychologist at your home school, or the Student Services office at 425-844-4546 for further guidance.

Riverview School District complies with all federal and state Child Find rules and regulations. Child Find applies to all children residing within district boundaries, including children who attend private schools, are homeschooled, are highly mobile, migrant, homeless, or wards of the state, as required under 20 U.S.C. § 1412(a)(3). Families living in temporary situations may contact the school district where they are currently staying or enrolled to request a screening and to inquire about available resources and support.
